I have been asked to write an article on Asus mini laptop computers. The Asus mini laptop computers are popular thanks to their performance and portability, as well as the ingenious design. I decided to present in this article the Asus EEE 701. This review was easy to create, because I happen to have the same model of laptop computer at home and I get along very well with my Asus EEE laptop computer. I wrote in this review the features of the Asus laptop computer, the capabilities, about the performance, the design, the keyboard and the screen.
Regarding aesthetics, the ASUS EeePC 701 has an attractive design, with a cover of polished mother of pearl color, simple lines and functions, and a very strong chassis. It features a 7-inch diagonal display and a maximum resolution of 800x480 pixels, surrounded by the frame and speakers. The dimensions are very small, 225 mm wide, 165 mm deep and 35 mm in height, weighs just 905 grams.

Features and Capabilities
The ASUS EeePC 701 belongs to the family of so-called UMPC ie ultraportable notebooks, even those sub-notebook, according to taste. Like other similar models, this points to a target business, particularly those workers who cannot do without the laptop and Internet connection, preferably in size and weight.
Regarding the specifications, the notebook features a Intel Celeron M Ultra Low Voltage 353, 900 Mhz frequency, 400 MHz FSB and 512 KB of L2 cache. There are also a flash memory 4, 8 or 16 GB, replacing the hard drive, 512 MB RAM memory and the Linux operating system, Windows being more stable. As for the video and audio section, the notebook features a Intel Graphics Accelerator GMA 900 with shared memory and the Realtek HD system with speakers and microphone.
Other features of the ASUS EeePC 701 include the 10/100/100 LAN and 802.11a/b/g wireless connectivity. As leisure and entertainment, is a 0.3 megapixel webcam, thanks to which you can make video calls but the notebook is no recorder. There are also two USB ports, VGA output for external display and a lithium battery 3.5 hours.
Although lacking the recorder, the notebook is still equipped with a slot for SD memory cards and MultiMediaCard, whereby you can still store documents of all kinds. Finally, given the type of operating system software are installed OpenOffice, Mozilla Firefox, Skype and others, for a total of 40 applications, including software dedicated to science, mathematics and drawing.
You can read and find out more about the Asus mini laptop computers on the internet, especially on geeks.com. You can also compare the prices of this laptop computer if you are interested in purchasing it, but I assure you that on geeks.com you will find the best prices.
