Small remarks:
- You may notice that the audio track is deleted 122 MB of disk space, when we décochons total disk space of the DVD (the top green bar) is decreasing to 122 Mb
- I might even deleted the subtitle that will serve me for nothing, because they are in Spanish first, and secondly I have lap ist not need audio French subtitles (except for deaf people may be ...)

Finally it is click on the button "Backup!" up to save the result (= the DVD without the Spanish language)

In the dropdown, select 1. your DVD player if you want to burn the result, 2. "ISO image" if you want to create a DVD image in ISO, 3. folder on hard disk if you want to save the result on the hard disk only.

For example, I will choose to save the results only on the hard disk. Then click explore to choose a destination folder, and select a folder created for the occasion:

It'll just confirm by clicking on the button "OK":
